All clients are allowed access to the public network; however misuse of the network in any way, including interference (DOS, Netscans), will result in a violation of this AUP. All violations of this AUP shall be subject to review by Paradox Servers, and an appropriate course of action shall be taken as determined by Paradox Servers in its sole discretion. Proper use of public network must comply with all local, provincial, and federal laws. Clients assume full liability for all content which they place on the server.

Forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or newsgroup posting is deemed a violation of this AUP.

Clients are required and obligated to maintain all security on their hosting accounts. Any and all additional charges that are incurred due to client lack of monitoring or security are the responsibility of the client.

Content Policy

Paradox Servers does not allow warez files or Tor exit nodes or Tor relays.

Resource Usage

If your VPS is adversely affecting other users on the node, depending on the severity, we will either reach out to you or suspend the VPS. Which will probably never be an issue on our nodes but just in case its been added to this AUP.

Go for it. But if it becomes a DDoS magnet that will affect your tenancy here.

DDoS Protection

All servers come with DDoS protection. US based VPS only have basic protection included. 20Gbps protection is available in the US for $10/month.

What can I host on my VPS?

Look, I'm not here to babysit you and spell out what to host on your VPS. If it's not defined in the TOS or this AUP then use common sense. I follow the law of the land rule. Is it legal in Germany but not legal in the US? Then it's only allowed in Germany. Basically anything that could cause trouble.. don't do it. *DMCA will result in termination, regardless of location.

Porn allowed?

Yes it's allowed assuming you are the copyright holder and/or have rights to it and the actors are over 18 years of age.

Use discord.

Public VPN server?

..please don't. Privates fine though.
